A bold and eye-catching recruitment campaign for Brighton & Hove Buses, challenging perceptions of bus driving through the real stories and personalities of drivers Jess, Josephine and Mike. Conceptualised, directed and edited from initial idea through to final films, the campaign helped attract a record proportion of female applicants and went on to win Gold at the 2025 UK Bus Awards.
