A hard-hitting short film made in conjunction with Retail Trust, highlighting the abuse faced by customer-facing workers across the UK. Built entirely from real-life accounts submitted by retail employees, every line of dialogue is taken verbatim from their experiences, bringing the scale and reality of the issue into sharp focus. Developed, directed and edited from concept through to final film.
